Target Audience: Any personnel involve in continuous improvement/quality improvement initiatives

Important Note:
a.) Prior approval from your superior is required, please register this program after approval obtained.
b.) A confirmation email will be send out to participant via email at least one week before the program begins.
c.) Please apply as Training Leave Application in Payroll2U system before attend this program.
