Description
Human factor is the performance and behavior of the individual, and the group.
It involves internal psychological and physical aspects of the individual, as well as interaction with other people, with the machine and the equipment in use, and with the operating environment

Human Factor is part of AS9100 Awareness Training package. Also added AS13100 & RM13010 Human Factors requirements.

a.) Go through the training slides
b.) Complete the Test Assessment (passing mark = 80%)
