9.PERIODIC EVALUATION
9.1. Periodic evaluations shall be performed yearly to maintain the competency of employees in performing their daily task.
9.2. Evaluation result shall be reviewed together with the employee to address its weaknesses and concerns identified during the evaluation.
9.3. Evaluation is carried out by using process checklist from each process to ensure employee is competent to perform daily task.
9.4. For marginal condition, the supervisor shall address the weaknesses of the employee and scheduled the relevant training required.
